To all Club Secretaries:

Please advise all your members that it is unlawful to video any Netball games unless you have the permission of the parents/guardians of all underage players. When it relates to Senior team then all players in that team must give permission.

It is also illegal to photo any player in either your own team or the opposition unless all parents/guardians or senior players have agreed to this.

This is not a Netball rule it is a documented law

AMND must also be advised if approval has been given for any videoing or photography

AMND has had several complaint this year of person taking photos and videoing without authority
